DESCRIPTION
Sleeps 6. Slopeside 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath. Silver rated condos. All Silver Rated condos must meet certain criteria to be considered Silver. These units can be in any building (older or newer) in the Village. Condo Upgrades: most items in the condo are original and could use upgrades within the next year. Furniture: clean and well maintained but showing multiple signs of wear. Appliances: are not new but in good working order with some wear. Electronics: TV in the living room but there may or may not be one in the bedrooms. Kitchen & Bathrooms: are functional but could be improved for better function and coordination. Upgrades: re-painting and carpet replacement is neccessary. The square footage in these units can vary greatly. Newer buildings u(10 yrs old) usually are smaller 875-1000 sqft and older buildings (10-30 yr old buildings) are usually larger 1000-1300sqft.

Copper Mt. is 75 miles west of Denver off I-70, Exit 195. Lodging Check-in: Athletic Center (right side of Copper Road, 1/2 mile after entering the resort). The Athletic Center is the first building on your right (next to tennis courts).
