DESCRIPTION

This page is an example to help explain what to expect in a GOLD rated Condo. All Gold Rated condos must meet strict criteria to be considered Gold. These units can be in any building (older or newer). Condo most have certain upgrades: unit may need minor improvements but overall is in excellent condition. Furniture: all items are relatively new, clean and in good condition. Electronics: flat panel TV in the living room with a DVD a player, all bedrooms have a TV and DVD player. A stereo or docking station is in the unit, appliances are newer. Bedrooms: have a good quality mattress. Kitchen & Bathrooms: updated counter tops and cabinets (but not necessarily granite counter top). Gold rated units might need a fresh coat of paint or new carpet in 2-3 yrs. The square footage in these units can vary greatly. Newer (12 yrs old) buildings usually are smaller 875-1000sqft and older buildings (20-40 yr old buildings) are usually larger 1000-1300sqft.

(must purchase one adult 3 day lift ticket). i.e. purchase 1 adult x 3 day Secret Pass @ $72/day and get upto 3 kids x 3 days passes FREE! These will be the Secret Passes - skip the lineups! Specific bedding requests are available but not guaranteed. Free parking, FREE passes to the Copper Racquet & Athletic Club - Olympic Pool, Hot Tubs, Gym & Spa Treatments at an extra cost. A midweek clean is included with a 5 night + stay.

DIRECTIONS

Copper Mt. is 75 miles west of Denver off I-70, Exit 195. 24 hr Lodging Check-in: Athletic Center (right side of Copper Road, 1/2 mile after entering the resort). The Athletic Center is the first building on your right (next to tennis courts).
