DIRECTIONS

| Take I-70 West out of Denver to Exit 203 Frisco. Exit right onto ramp, Go around round- about and head southeast (right) on Highway 9 (you will be going past Wal-Mart on your right) for approx. 10 miles. As you approach Breckenridge, on your right you will see a large Breckenridge city limits sign. Continue straight on Highway 9 in the right lane and follow highway 9 to the RIGHT at the round about. At the south end of town there will be a traffic light at Main Street & Park. Stay to the right on Highway 9 to the next traffic light which will be Broken Lance Dr./Boreas Pass Rd. (Connoco station on right). Turn right on Broken Lance Dr. to “T”/Stop sign. Base 9 Condominiums are on the corner on your left. Pull in to parking lot closest to Building B. |
